ACRE: DECLASSIFIED SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United Kingdom, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Acre Gold (Shuttle Finance, Inc.) and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  2. SPONSOR: Acre Gold (Shuttle Finance, Inc.), 1447 2nd St, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
  3. PROMOTION PERIOD: Begins March 3, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.
  4. HOW TO ENTER: Visit getacregold.com during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to submit a valid email address through the official entry form. Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address for the entire Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person, email address, or household will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
  5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of four (4) Acre Gold Ancient Collection bars: one (1) 10g Horus bar, one (1) 5g Hathor bar, one (1) 2.5g Anubis bar, and one (1) 1g Osiris bar. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,700.00 USD. Actual value may vary based on gold market price at time of fulfillment. No cash or other substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. Prize is non-transferable. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
  6. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about April 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  7. CANADIAN SKILL-TESTING QUESTION: If the potential winner is a Canadian resident, they must correctly answer a timed mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or electronic assistance in order to be declared the winner. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
  8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure to respond within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.
  9. TAXES AND DUTIES: All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. US Winners: Because the prize ARV exceeds $2,000.00, the winner will be required to provide a valid Social Security number and completed IRS Form W-9 prior to prize fulfillment. Sponsor will issue a Form 1099-MISC to the winner and the IRS in accordance with the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (2026) reporting requirements. International Winners (UK/Canada): Winners are solely responsible for all applicable income taxes, VAT, GST/HST, customs duties, and import fees upon delivery.
  10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
  12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, participants agree that any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions, and shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
  13. DATA PROTECTION: Personal data collected in connection with this Giveaway will be processed in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. For UK entrants, data is processed in accordance with applicable UK GDPR requirements. For Canadian entrants, data is processed in accordance with applicable PIPEDA requirements.
