What exactly is Acre Gold? +
Acre Gold is a subscription service that allows you to purchase 999.9 fine (24k) Swiss gold bars through small, interest-free monthly payments — instead of paying the full price up front.

We also offer Buy It Now options for anyone who prefers to pay once and receive their gold without a subscription.

Acre Gold is much more than gold elsewhere. Choosing Acre Gold means you're signing up for a product and service of exceptional quality. Our 999.9 fine (24k) Acre Gold bars are designed in California, and minted in Switzerland, so you know you're getting top-quality gold every time.
How does the Acre Gold subscription work? +
Choose a monthly plan ($30, $50, $100, or $250) to accumulate real, physical gold. Once your payments reach the value of a 1g, 2.5g, 5g, or 10g Acre Gold bar (plus tax, shipping, and a one-time $12 membership), we ship it to you. We do not ship gold bars after each individual payment. Your gold is only shipped once your balance reaches the shipping threshold. Any amount leftover will go towards your next bar in the form of a Go Forward balance.
When will my gold ship? +
We ship weekly on Fridays. After reaching your shipping threshold, you'll get an email with your shipping date.
Is this real gold? +
Yes. Our gold is 999.9 fine (24k) Swiss gold, custom-designed and minted by one of the world’s top mints. Each bar includes an assay card with a matching serial number, mint mark, physical descriptors, and the signature of the assayer who certifies its purity.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel before your first shipment, a $20 cancellation fee applies (which includes your membership). If you cancel after your first shipment, the fee is only $8. You can cancel via your Customer Portal or by emailing us at info@getacregold.com. Either way, be on the lookout for a follow up email that we send. We will need your reply before we can process your refund.
What’s the difference between spot price and what I pay? +
Spot price is a market indicator, not a retail price. Our bars are sold at a retail rate, which includes design, minting, shipping, insurance, and service.
Do you have an app or customer portal? +
Yes. Download the Acre Gold app from the App Store or Google Play. You can also sign into your Customer Portal here to check your progress, manage your subscription, and update info.
