Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Acre Gold subscription at any time by logging into your account at getacregold.com or by emailing info@getacregold.com.
Upon cancellation:
Requests within 120 days of your most recent payment: You may receive a refund to your original payment method, less a $20 cancellation fee and payment processing fees.
Requests after 120 days from your most recent payment:
Due to card network rules established by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment networks, we cannot issue refunds to your original payment method after 120 days. You may receive store credit or apply your accumulated balance toward a future purchase.
Physical Gold Products
All sales of physical gold bars are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for gold bars or other precious metals that have been delivered, as the value of these products fluctuates with market conditions.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your gold arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@getacregold.com. We will arrange a replacement. Acre Gold will replace defective or damaged products regardless of how much time has passed since your original payment. If you prefer a refund instead of replacement and more than 120 days have passed since your original payment, any refund will be issued as store credit due to card network limitations.
Merchandise (Non-Gold Items)
Acre Gold branded merchandise (shirts, hoodies, hats, and similar items) may be exchanged for a different size or design only. Contact us within 5 days of receipt to request an exchange.
Market Loss Policy
If you cancel an order before shipment and the price of gold has decreased since your order was placed, you may be responsible for the difference between the original purchase price and the current market price ("market loss"). Before charging your card for market losses, we will send you an itemized statement via email. If you do not dispute the charge within 5 business days, the charge will be processed.

Please include your order number and reason for the request.
Processing Time
Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days. Once processed, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
