Domestic Shipping (United States)
Most orders ship within 7-14 business days via insured carrier. In extreme circumstances, shipment may take up to 120 days from completed payment depending on product availability and market conditions. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination. You are responsible for applicable taxes and shipping charges. All shipments are fully insured while in transit. Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, our insurance coverage ends.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations including Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, and France. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any handling charges imposed by carriers or customs authorities.
Canada:
Shipping: $27.50 USD (single bar) / $47.50 USD (2-4 bars) Estimated duty: Approximately $8.75 USD per shipment Note: Rates subject to change based on carrier and customs regulations.
European Union (Germany, France) and United Kingdom:
Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. Investment gold (gold bars ≥99.5% purity) is generally VAT-exempt in the EU and UK, but customers should verify with their local customs authority. You may be responsible for customs processing fees charged by the carrier upon delivery.
Important:
We cannot ship to freight forwarding addresses (including Vpost). If a freight forwarding address is used, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to that address. A valid phone number is required for all international orders.
Shipping Issue Claims
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will send a replacement or issue store credit. Our insurance coverage applies only while packages are in transit. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, our coverage ends. You must notify us of any damage, loss, or non-delivery within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown in tracking. Failure to notify us within this window may affect our ability to process your claim. Please note that due to payment processor limitations, if your shipment arrives damaged after 120 days from your original payment date, any remedy will be provided as a replacement product or store credit only, not as a refund to your original payment method.
