OFFICIAL RULES: THE DECLASSIFIED: ANUBIS SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 US/DC, Canada, and the United Kingdom, 18+. Employees of Acre Gold and their immediate family members are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, provincial, and local laws. Void where prohibited.

2. SPONSOR: Acre Gold, 1447 2nd St, Santa Monica, CA 90401.

3. PERIOD: Begins 1/1/2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends 1/31/2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER: Visit [getacregold.com] and follow the instructions to submit a valid email address through the official form. Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of three (3) 2.5g Acre Gold bars and one (1) Anubis Merch Set. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500.00 USD. No cash or other substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor's discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION: Potential winner will be selected via random drawing on or about 2/1/2026. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. CANADIAN SKILL-TESTING QUESTION: If a potential winner is a Canadian resident, they must correctly answer a multi-step mathematical skill-testing question without assistance to be declared the winner. Failure to answer correctly results in disqualification.

8. NOTIFICATION: Winner notified via email; must respond within [48] hours or an alternate winner may be selected.

9. TAXES & DUTIES: Winners are responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and local taxes. One Big Beautiful Bill Act (2026): Prizes valued under $2,000.00 do not require a Social Security number or Form W-9 for US reporting purposes. International Winners (UK/Canada): Winners are responsible for all applicable VAT, GST/HST, and customs duties upon delivery.

10. DATA PROTECTION: Personal data is processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR/PIPEDA regulations.
