HOT WHEELS™ FLASH GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
SPONSOR
Shuttle Finance, Inc. dba Acre Gold, 1447 2nd Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401 ("Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY
The Hot Wheels™ Flash Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence (whichever is older), at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such person are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Giveaway begins May 22, 2026 at 6:30 PM Pacific Time and ends on May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.
HOW TO ENTER
During the Promotion Period, visit getacregold.com and complete the giveaway entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. Multiple entries received from any person or email address beyond this limit will void all entries from that person or address. Entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.
PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive: one (1) Acre Gold 5g Hot Wheels™ Collection gold bar and one (1) Acre Gold 2.5g Hot Wheels™ Collection gold bar. Both bars are .9999 fine gold, PAMP SA assay certified, and ship in original Hot Wheels™ collector packaging (collectively, the "Prize").
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,440.00 USD. ARV is based on Sponsor's good-faith estimated retail value at the time of drafting and may fluctuate with the spot price of gold. The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, beyond any manufacturer's warranty that may apply.
WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about June 2, 2026 by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within 7 business days of the drawing. The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within 7 business days of the date Sponsor issues notification, or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's sole discretion.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the Prize, fails to comply with these Official Rules, is found to be ineligible, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the Prize where required by law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Giveaway, any related website, or violating these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the Prize from among the eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action giving rise to the cancellation, suspension, or modification.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liability, loss, damages, or injuries arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.
PRIVACY
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://getacregold.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, city and state of residence, and entry materials for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, compensation, or consideration.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

TRADEMARK ATTRIBUTION
HOT WHEELS™ and associated trademarks and trade dress are owned by Mattel, Inc. and are used under license. Mattel, Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, or co-sponsor of this Giveaway and is not affiliated with the administration of this Giveaway.
