By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Acre Gold, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

Program Description

Acre Gold offers SMS/text messaging for order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription reminders, and promotional marketing messages. Messages are sent by Shuttle Finance, Inc. (DBA Acre Gold). 

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Acre Gold at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive:

  • Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates): As needed based on your orders
  • Subscription reminders: Monthly or as applicable to your subscription 
  • Marketing messages: Up to 8 messages per month 

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. 

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message
  • Emailing info@getacregold.com with "SMS Opt Out" in the subject line 

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive marketing messages, but you may still receive transactional messages related to your orders unless you specifically request otherwise.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier participation may change. Some carriers may not support all message types. 

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. For more information about how we handle your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy at getacregold.com/privacy. We use Klaviyo to send SMS messages. Klaviyo processes your phone number on our behalf. See Klaviyo's privacy policy at klaviyo.com/legal/privacy-notice. 

Liability

Acre Gold is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages due to factors beyond our control, including issues with your mobile carrier or device. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. 

Changes to Terms

We may modify these SMS terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
